4. File Upload and Processing

When you upload files to PDF Play:

• You retain full ownership of your files and their contents
• We process your files solely for the purpose of performing the requested conversion
• Files are automatically deleted from our servers after processing
• We do not access, review, or share the contents of your files
• Maximum file size is limited to 50 MB per upload

5. Service Availability

While we strive to keep PDF Play available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

PDF Play and its developers (Soft Solution) shall not be held liable for:

• Any errors, inaccuracies, or issues in the converted files
• Loss of data resulting from the use of the Service
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service
• Unauthorized access to files during transmission over the internet

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
