Our Commitment to Copyright Protection

PDF Play is a document conversion tool that processes files uploaded by users. We do not host, store, or distribute user-uploaded content beyond the brief processing period required for conversion. All files are automatically deleted from our servers after conversion is complete.

We take copyright protection seriously and will respond promptly to any valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or converted through our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice should include the following information:

  6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.

Counter-Notification

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court

Repeat Infringers

PDF Play reserves the right to terminate or restrict access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. We will take appropriate action against any user who repeatedly uploads copyrighted material without authorization.

  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to convert any files they upload
  • Filing a false DMCA claim may result in legal liability under the DMCA
